Modular Homes with Urban Splash

SK has been appointed by Urban Splash to provide transport and highways advice for the masterplan and reserved matters application for their site at Grappenhall Woods, Warrington.

Working with FCB, ShedKM and PlanitIE, SK has helped to develop a street design that will serve 228 new homes and create connections to the 30,000sqft of green space and play areas. SK is preparing the Transport Assessment Addendum Report and Travel Plan for the imminent planning application.
