Bellmac in the Rainy City

Following a successful outcome on SK’s first scheme with Bellmac at the Cornbrook Works in Trafford (363 dwellings), we were retained to advise on further schemes. These include Ducie Street in the city centre, which will provide 41 car-free apartments in the HS2 masterplan area, and 43 apartments off Manchester Road in Walkden. Both have been granted planning consent. The Ducie Street scheme is being taken forward by Urbano Property.

For all the Bellmac schemes, SK prepared the planning application documents and worked with Tim Groom Architects to provide a site that would meet future travel requirements of all site users and vehicles.
