Bellway Roundup

We’ve been busy for Bellway recently on the following Knowsley sites:

• Scotchbarn Lane (133 dwellings)
• Whiston Lane (62 dwellings)
• Rockford Avenue (91 dwellings)

SK was appointed prior to planning for all three sites and prepared the Transport Assessments and access proposals for the applications. SK has been retained following successful planning outcomes to assist with discharging the planning conditions.
