New office scheme in the heart of Manchester

Planning consent has been granted for a new £70 million office scheme on Deansgate, opposite the John Rylands Library. The Worthington Group’s landmark building is positioned between Spinningfields and the civic core. The scheme, designed by Glenn Howells, will deliver 113,500sqft of Grade A office space, retail space in two units and a small of basement parking area.

SK Transport Planning provided access, parking, servicing and construction management advice, and produced the Transport Statement and Framework Travel Plan for the planning submission.
