First Choice for Oldham

SK was appointed by First Choice Homes to provide planning application input for the following Oldham sites:

• Pearly Bank (32 dwellings)
• Hodge Clough (32 dwellings)
• Sholver (45 dwellings)

The schemes will see the creation of affordable housing for the local community and all have been granted planning permission.

SK prepared the Transport Statements and was retained to discharge the planning conditions.
