Renaker’s Greengate Masterplan

Following successful input into Greengate 1 and Anaconda Cut schemes, SK was appointed by Renaker to advise on the remainder of its landholdings in Greengate. SK provided transport planning and highway design support for a hybrid application to construct a further 1,600 dwellings in this key regeneration area of Salford.

SK helped with the development of the movement and circulation strategy, public realm proposals and transport strategies for the scheme. The circulation movements prioritise active travel modes to allow future residents to move around the area without reliance on a private car.

SK prepared the Transport Assessment and Travel Plan for the planning application, which was submitted in October 2019.
