Keeping Fit with ISG

SK was appointed by ISG to provide transport planning and highway design advice on two new leisure centres in Dudley and Swanley.

The Swanley scheme will see the demolition of an existing leisure and the construction of a new centre with a floor area of 4,882sqm and up to 45 dwellings.

The Dudley scheme will create a new 4,713sqm leisure centre on a town centre site identified in the Dudley Area Action Plan.

For both schemes SK prepared a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan for the planning application, and advised on parking, servicing and sustainable access requirements.
