The only way is up!

Hot on the heels of SK’s involvement in Renaker’s four tall towers at Owen Street in Manchester (38 to 64 storeys) and Renaker’s tallest tower in Salford at 100 Greengate (44 storeys), SK is pleased to be part of Forshaw’s team at Clippers Quay.

Clippers Quay will be the tallest tower at Salford Quays, standing proud at 34 storeys. The £45m development includes 216 apartments and was designed by SimpsonHaugh.

This is the third Forshaw scheme for the Salford area that SK has been involved in. Forshaw also has consented plans for Worrall Street and Derwent Street designed by DLA Architecture.

SK provided transport planning and highway design advice, including the preparation of the Transport Assessment and Travel Plan for the planning application.
