Salix Homes scheme in for planning

A planning application for a 70,000sqft extra-care facility in Salford has been submitted. The scheme is being delivered in partnership between Salix Homes and Salford Clinical Commissioning Group.

The scheme, designed by OMI, will deliver 70 high quality dwellings for people over 55.

SK undertook parking surveys and an accessibility assessment to justify the proposed parking level and prepared the Transport Statement and Framework Travel Plan for the planning submission.
