Springfield Gardens at Alder Hey

SK was appointed by Step Places to provide a transport and highways advice on a multigenerational residential development next to Alder Hey Hospital in Liverpool.

Designed by BDP, the scheme will deliver a mix of housing types creating a new community on the edge of a park and close to key employment destinations.
