Tadpole Garden Village is taking shape!
We love it when a plan comes together.
Having worked on Tadpole Garden Village in Swindon from feasibility stage and site allocation, through to outline planning and reserved matters, it was fun to pop down to Swindon to see Crest Nicholson’s new village start to take shape.
Tadpole Garden Village is a new mixed-use community on the northern edge of Swindon. When complete it will provide 1,695 new homes with all the benefits of modern living. The village will deliver a selection of mostly family homes, with gardens and private parking as well as a range of community, shopping, education and small business facilities. At the heart of the village will be high-quality and well-maintained open spaces and a strong community spirit. Tadpole Garden Village has been designed with connectivity and reduced car use in mind.
In 2015 the scheme won Best Community Initiative Award at the National Housebuilder Awards. We’ve always been proud to be involved.
The first collection of homes (Tadpole Gate) are currently available from Crest Nicholson.
