Trafford Bar Apartments

Planning consent has been granted for the redevelopment of the former Arkady Craigmillar site in Trafford Bar to provide nearly 400 new homes.

The scheme, designed by Tim Groom Architects, has been developed to provide a vibrant place for people to live. The proposal includes a reduced level of parking and localised improvements that build on the site’s highly accessible location next to the tram network and a short journey key to destinations in Trafford and Manchester city centre.
